B, formerly known as Biomer is a molecular modeling package that runs on your web browser.
To get started have a look at the copy of the Quick Reference Guide we keep locally. For more details you are advised to visit the B home page where you will find a better description.
Please note that you will be downloading a program to run on your computer, not on this server. Its preformance and capabilities will depend on your personal computer setup. A side effect, and most important, is that if you want to open/save files on your local computer disk when working with B, you'll need to download and install B's certificate on your computer. This way you are telling your system that you don't believe this program is a virus and that you trust it.
Last, but not least, if you are working with a Macintosh computer and have trouble running B, you may need Apple's JBindery. See B's home page or visit Apple for details.
